In exchange, your walls tell the story: we photograph the space before, during and after, and share it in our portfolio alongside a few honest words from you.
This is a one-time founding program. Once these fifteen spaces are painted, the Charter rate closes for good.

Most walls wear a thin film of plastic: acrylic paint, rolled on flat and uniform. Limewash is the older, quieter thing — slaked limestone and natural pigment, brushed on by hand and left to cure into the wall itself. It doesn't sit on the surface. It becomes part of it.
Most rooms get the same two moves: flat paint, and something hung on it to make it interesting. We've never believed that's the whole range. A wall can hold real depth and warmth on its own — and limewash is a bold move and a quiet one at once: it clearly says something, yet sits easily beside whatever else you love.
Limewall & Co. didn't begin as a limewash company. Kai came to it from a family of property developers, and as an investor and homeowner herself — someone who'd hired enough contractors to want to build the one she always wished she could call. Then, back in Singapore while the company was still taking shape, she interned at an interior design studio, was taught to lay limewash by hand, and changed the whole plan.
People have washed their walls in lime for thousands of years — around the Mediterranean, through the villages of Europe — because it's honest: a few natural ingredients, laid on by hand, aging into a wall rather than peeling off one.
We work it the way the material asks: thin coats, brushed by hand, in professional mineral formulations from makers like Vasari and Color Atelier — and every project led by the two of us, first wall to final walkthrough. That's the standard the Charter exists to put on record.

For honest context: an accent wall typically lands around $1,300–1,550 at the Charter rate; a bedroom between $2,600 and $3,500, most around $2,900 — sales tax included. Every project is quoted only after we visit and measure the walls — these ranges are context, never the price.
Charter spots must be approved and booked by November 30, 2026 — the painting itself can happen after.
